Scott followed his father Bob into Financial Services in 1994. Over the years, he has developed and adapted as the financial world has changed drastically. Scott set up his own practice; Scala FS in 2014.Scott is a dedicated family man and lives in Watford with his wife Louise and three children, Charlie, Alfie and Abigail. An avid Spurs fan, he is a regular season ticket holder and travels home and away!
Louise has worked in the Financial industry for 16 years, and founded Scala with her husband, Scott, in 2014.Louise lives in Watford with Scott and their three children, Charlie, Alfie and Abigail
Jodi Pyle (CeMAP ceRER) joined Scala in 2018, having worked in Financial Services since 1994. Jodi's expertise and personality help clients feel at ease and she gets regular endorsements from those she's helped. Jodi lives in Watford with her 3 children.
Steve Stavrou has been with Scala since 2018. Steve is divorced but now lives with his partner Maggie in Brighton, although was originally from London. Steve got into the finance industry with Abbey Life in 1985, and qualified with the IFA in 2001.
Polina is CeMAP qualified multilingual Mortgage and Protection advisor with a background in real estate. Polina excel in customer communication and attention to customer needs and ready to provide a tailored advice to our new and existing customers She is fluent in three languages and really cares about her clients.
Stephanie qualified as a mortgage advisor in 2020 but has been in the financial services industry for over 10 years. Stephanie has worked her way up from an administrator to Senior Paraplanner making her a strong asset to the Scala team. Stephanie lived in Bushey with her partner and two sons.
Emma lives in Harrow with her partner and two children. Emma joined Scala in July 2021, for a change in career – she previously worked in the Public Transport centre for over 7 years as an administrator. Emma brings with her a vast amount of experience dealing with clients and customers
Jamie is from Enfield and attended The Latymer School. He is a big Spurs fanatic and enjoys the gym. Jamie is passionate about helping make peoples lives easier and more enjoyable.
